Bike Course Marshall
Time involved- please be at the park around 7:30am if you do not know where you're going to be on the bike course. If you do know where you will be, then please be at your intersection at 8:00am. You can leave your corner when the sweep vehicle comes around behind the last biker. The last biker should be off the course by noon.

What you will be helping with - directing bikers turning a corner; advising bikers to stay within traffic cones at corners. Working with uniformed officers who will be directing traffic out of the course. Sweeping any gravel or rocks that may be on the road.

Bring - a broom (the course will have been machine-swept, but some gravel or stones may remain near corners, which can pose a hazard to racing bicycles);
- a chair and reading material to await the first competitor (at least one official vehicle will lead the racers and announce their coming, so you can relax until then).
