Thursday August 12th from 4-6 pm at Gear West Bike

Friday August 13th from 4-8 pm at the Shoreview Community Center.  2 Pre-Race Meetings  4 & 6 pm at the community center.

• There is NO race day packet pickup. 
• You must pick up your own packet. 
• ALL members of a relay team must pick up their own packet. 
• At packet pickup you must present a photo ID and present your USAT license if you are an annual member. 
• Once you have presented your photo ID we will be putting a wrist band on you that you will need to be wearing in order to get into the swim start.  Once you have completed the race and collected your items out of transition you may take it off.

The USAT Age Up Rule will be in effect for this race

What this means is that you will race all year under the age you will be on December 31, 2009.  We will calculate your age for you from your registration information.

Requirements for Application:

• Participants must have a USAT license number.
  • All individual participants are required to have a license. 
  • You may purchase a one-day license when registering for the race. 
  • All participants on a relay team are required to have a license.
• ANSI or Snell helmets required for bike course.
• Entrants must be 15 years of age or older on race day.

There will be no refunds. 

If you can not race on race day and you would like to volunteer at the race we will roll your entry to the following year.  Please e-mail if you would like to volunteer.

Individuals - $70 until April 15, 2010, $75 until June 15, 2010,  $80 after June 15th

Relay - $120 until April 15, 2010, $130 until June 15, 2010, $140 after June 15th

All annual USAT members are exempt from the $10 USAT one day license fee charged to each athlete.

Once the race is full, Charity slots may become available.
