Swim Course – 1.5K
Swim Course leaves from Turtle Lake Beach. Boats are stationed in the middle to monitor swimmers. Lifeguards and water patrol positioned on the outside. Buoys (on swimmer’s right side) mark the course.

Bike Course – 34K
Bike Course leaves transition area and exit the park to right. Cones mark the course and separate traffic where needed. Police Patrols at all major intersections. Course is flat with minor climbing grades on Lexington Ave and Hwy. 49. Last 100 yards is a NO PEDAL, NO PASS zone monitored by volunteers and race marshals. SLOW DOWN when entering transition.

Run Course – 8K
Run Course exits transition on grass through park (about 200 yards). Exits park to left on paved sidewalk. Only section on road is on County Road I (north end).

Complete loop counter clockwise with finish on grass (150 yards).
